Know if Your Design Meets Intelligibility Requirements
EASE 4.3 is a software solution designed to provide a 3-D model of sound properties and data for specific environments and speaker configurations. Now, voice evacuation system designers can use EASE to predict the intelligibility of their voice system before installation.
On this page, you’ll find the SpectrAlert Advance speaker data necessary to model voice evacuation systems in EASE. Simply select the checkboxes for your speaker models and then press the "Submit for download" button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a zipped archive that includes the EASE software files and speaker reports for each of the speakers you select.
To obtain an intelligibility prediction, enter the speaker’s EASE software file into the EASE application along with other variables like room materials, ceiling height, and speaker positioning. Find more information on EASE software and how to use it here.
