Auxiliary Form C Relay – When controlling auxiliary functions such as elevator recall or door closure, the i3 Series offers both 2- and 4-wire Form C relay models, available either with or without an integral sounder.

Sounder – Should the application require an audible output, the i3 Series now offers 2- and 4-wire sounder models. Ideal for residential applications, these units generate an 85-dBA temporal tone and can easily be synchronized with the i3 reversing relay/synchronization module.

Isolated Thermal – To differentiate between a local and a general alarm, the i3 line includes an isolated thermal model. Ideal for dormitories, retirement facilities and lofts, this 4-wire model initiates a local alarm when smoke is detected and a general alarm when the thermal sensor is activated


i3 Accessories

2W-MOD2, i3 Loop Test/Maintenance Module – Interprets the i3 remote maintenance signal, provides a visual indication when a 2-wire i3 detector requires cleaning and transmits the maintenance signal to the panel. It also offers the EZ Walk loop test, a style-D initiating circuit and an interface for two-wire detectors that are used on a 4-wire loop.

A77-AB2, i3 Retrofit Adapter Bracket – For retrofit installations, the bracket provides a professionally finished appearance to cover up unsightly rings or unfinished surfaces. Simply mount the bracket to the back box, align the i3 mounting base and twist the mounting base to secure.

RRS-MOD, i3 Reversing Relay/Synchronization Module – Used with sounder models, the module allows all detectors on the loop to sound when one alarms by reversing the polarity to the detector zone. Also synchronizes all detectors on the loop to ensure a clear audible signal.

SENS-RDR, i3 Sensitivity Reader – Using an infrared signal, the reader measures i3 detectors in a matter of seconds and eliminates the need for voltmeters, magnets and ladders. It displays sensitivity in terms of percent-per-foot obscuration and provides a text status indication.

RT, i3 Removal Tool – This tool attaches to a standard extension pole or broom handle. Ideal for high ceiling installations to reduce maintenance time to a minimum.
