Acclimate™ was developed incorporating software to automatically adjust to the local environment. As opposed to a fire system installer/operator/programmer setting the detector's operating parameters based on historical data for each location, Acclimate™ removes this process by automatically learning the environment and optimizing the performance for each location.

Additional software has been developed to minimize the effects of unwanted transient alarm sources, while enhancing the response time to fast fires. This is accomplished by monitoring both the current environment and trends in signal, e.g., increasing heat or decreasing photo-signal.
