SUMMARY: SYSTEM SENSOR'S NEW UNMARKED MECHANICAL HEAT DETECTOR INTEGRATES WITH SURROUNDINGS

St. Charles, IL —System Sensor now offers a state-of-the-art, unmarked heat detector so that every heat detection application has an advanced solution. The new 5601P mechanical heat detector is a 135°F fixed or rate-or-rise (ROR) heat detector with no letters, numbers or markings. It is perfect for applications where external markings on the device may compromise the visual integrity of the product and its surroundings. For example, residential end-users may prefer unmarked devices to complement the interior of their homes.

System Sensor’s 5600 Series Mechanical Heat Detectors have been the choice for property protection against fire and for non-life-safety situations where smoke detectors may be inappropriate. The line includes eight detectors in both single and dual-circuit devices featuring: 135°F fixed; 135°F fixed plus rate-of rise; 194°F fixed; and 194°F fixed plus rate-of-rise heat detection. Clearly marked with detection capabilities, these units have been ideal for effective commercial and industrial installations.
